Using the service

School accounts use an email address and password. Access to school data requires a manually approved claim or invitation. School staff may only access information shared with their school, within their assigned permissions.

Contact information is encrypted. Access is audited. Parent inquiry data is retained for up to 12 months after submission unless deleted sooner. The parent privacy centre supports verified access, export and deletion.

Profile changes require review. School membership does not change search rankings and does not guarantee inquiries, admissions or other outcomes. No automatic payment is taken in this testing phase.

These are operational testing notices, not a final production legal agreement. The operating entity and production contact details must be configured before public commercial launch.
